An ode to cheese

Cool marble tables piled with cured milky goodness from all over the world. Stinky, smokey, savory, sweet, creamy, crumbly, gooey, herbed, oiled and aged slabs, wheels, wedges and logs to melt in your mouth, make your eyes water and raise the hairs on the back of your neck.
It's my favorite incurable weakness that I inherited from my mother. Cheese = Heaven.
